Production Time
Production begins upon receipt of complete order (p.o. & artwork), proof approval and approved credit or pre-payment.
Artwork Requirements for Screen Printed products:	E-mail: Orders & Art for all products to: orders-art@dallsco.com
Platform: PC Only / Mac files are NOT accepted
Acceptable image format: .EPS, .AI, .TIF, .CDR & .PDF	Samples:
All necessary fonts must be converted to curves/outlines.	Sample orders are required in writing (fax or e-mail).
Include purchase order number and company name	Sample orders totaling LESS THAN $6.00 are free.
	Sample orders MORE THAN $6.00 will be invoiced.
Artwork Requirements for Embroidered products:	All sample orders MUST be accompanied with a shipper number.

Acceptable digitized files:Tajima, Melco, Barudan, Toyota, & ZSK	Products are packed in bulk.
All tapes/files MUST include thread colors and sequence.	All prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to manipulate files as needed.
Lettering no smaller than 5mm is recommended.	Over / Under runs
	Factory reserves right to ship orders +/- 5% of specified quantity.
Shipping	Exact quantites add 5% to item unit price.
Stuffed Animals: F.O.B. N.Y	Orders specifying "no over runs" may receive up to 5% under runs.
Embroidered Fleece: F.O.B. NY / Fleece Blanks: F.O.B. NY, MA, & CA
Drop ship charges: $6.25(v) for each additional location	Returns & Claims
All merchandise will be shipped by UPS unless otherwise noted.	All claims must be made to factory within 7 days of receipt of merchandise
Dallsco Inc. will not assume any responsibility for transit delays,	RESTOCKING FEE: 22% + the cost of any printed accessories and freight
once merchandise is delivered to carrier.	Authorized returns must be pre-approved, or will be refused.
All claims must be made directly to the carrier.
	DISCLAIMER-COLORS/SIZES
	Actual colors and materials may sometimes vary from dye lot to dye lot.
	Animals are measured anthropomorphically (from tip of toe, to top of head).
	Each animal is handcrafted and may sometimes vary slightly in size.
